This public guide covers the stay basics. The street address, door access, and private arrival note are shared only with confirmed guests.

Before You Arrive

Check-in begins after 3:00 PM, and checkout is before 12:00 PM.
Confirmed guests receive the private address, parking note, and door access details after booking.
The cabin is on Alaska's state-maintained highway system, which gives guests year-round vehicle access.
Pack layers, sturdy footwear, and seasonal traction; Alaska weather can change quickly.
Bring pet food, towels, bedding, leashes, and cleanup supplies if you are traveling with a dog.
Hunters should confirm current GMU 14A and 14B regulations, permits, land status, and access before the trip.

The cabin includes grid power, a kitchen, wifi, cell phone signal, TV, washer, parking, private entrance, porch seating, and river access.
The cabin is well insulated and has a Toyo stove, wood stove, propane heat, and electric blankets for winter comfort.
Please keep animals off the furniture unless a blanket is laid down first to avoid an additional pet cleaning charge.
The river is fast moving, cold, and deeper than it looks at first glance; use appropriate caution.
The property has right-of-way access from across the river, and most of the island is available for guest use. Only the most downstream bank of the island is off property.
Keep food secured and give wildlife plenty of space.
Use the reservation message thread if anything needs attention during your stay so the request has a clear written record.

Checkout is before 12:00 PM unless otherwise approved.
Gather belongings, tidy the kitchen, and return moved items to where you found them.
Close windows, turn off lights, and lock the cabin when you leave.
Send a note if something broke, needs restocking, or would make the next stay smoother.
